The product consists of quality fish fillet or minced fish flesh, uniformly shaped portions with coating, intended for direct human consumption after cooking. Typical Features : Raw material: Premium edible fish species (e.g., pollock, cod, hake, tilapia; choice based on target market requirements). Fish content: Minimum 50% fish flesh (weight basis) in fish sticks/fingers as per Indian food standards. Coating: Breaded or batter coating to enhance texture and appearance. Finished form: Frozen (IQF/packed), breaded fish fingers, raw or partially cooked.
